Took a day trip up to Wisconsin this weekend to enjoy the fall. It also gave me the opportunity to break out my Hunter boots for the first time this year as well as my new favorite fall jacket from Joie.

One of my must-haves for fall is a great plaid top. I got this one by Ace Delivery at Nordstrom. I paired it with with some leather Adam Tucker flats and my favorite pair of Hudson jeans and was ready for a Sunday walk along the Chicago river with my guy.

The varsity stripe sweater is everywhere this fall. I recently got this cute sweater from Nasty Gal, and I absolutely love it. It’s great with a pair of ripped jeans for a comfy chic look, or with these leather shorts for a slightly more edgy, evening look.

I enjoyed a very nice date night with my guy this weekend. We went over to Balsan at the Waldorf Astoria for a cheese plate, some champagne and good conversation. I wore a new dress I recently got at Akira and paired it with my classic black Pigalle Louboutins. Nothing like accidentally matching the decor!
