Nothing’s more classic than a black and white Rails button down, and tucked into some black jeans with a brown bootie gave it just the right amount of edge.

Obsessed with this puffy vest that I got for $7 (!!) from the Cotton-On outlet in Long Beach. It’s warm, it’s comfy, and it obviously looks great with a plaid!

Last week it was still HOT in LA, prompting this Amuse Society/One Teaspoon look. The floral frock is great for cool fall LA nights, but still looks great with shorts. And everything looks good with these booties.

I’m in mad love with this floating tie top. Tassels are accenting everywhere right now, and they add just a great touch to this top from Elison Rd — a great boutique I recently discovered in Long Beach. The color is great for spring, and will look great draped over a midi or maxi dress.

I bought this Free People swing dress last September, but I’m still obsessed. With its flowing fabric and bright pattern, it is great for a casual day of errands.

Took a day trip up to Wisconsin this weekend to enjoy the fall. It also gave me the opportunity to break out my Hunter boots for the first time this year as well as my new favorite fall jacket from Joie.

Fall is almost here. And while I’m not too pleased about that, I have managed to find some cute pieces that incorporate fall colors in semi-summer styles. This romper from Nordstrom Rack is one example. It’s super chic and still has a fall flavor to it.

I know it’s technically fall now, but I can’t put these white shorts away yet. Plus it’s like 80 degrees out today. That makes it OK, right? Loose knit sweaters are a must for late summer. So comfy and perfect for a lazy Sunday.

Lunching and shopping on Michigan Avenue called for a laid back, breezy summer look. This tank and these lightweight shorts from Akira were perfect. My favorite part of this outfit were the new bracelets I wore from TopShop and Nordstrom BP. I’m obsessed with light, but colorful dainty jewelry.

On a recent trip up to a lake house in Michigan, the bf and I took in the sunset with some champagne, making for a perfect evening. I wore a fall-toned sundress by Blu Moon from Planet Blue. It’s one of my favorites and great for an evening on the beach.
