Errands in Wicker Park. // 8.19.14
Top: Anna Seff; Sandals: Steve Madden; Sunglasses: Ray-Ban.
This impromptu outfit features one of my favorite shirts from Anthropologie. It’s long hem in the front and back make it perfect for pairing with leggings for an easy casual look.
Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi in Lincoln Park. // 8.17.14
Top: H&M; Jeans: Urban Outfitters; Shoes: Louboutin.
Sunday night we went to my favorite summer spot for dinner in Chicago, Mon Ami Gabi. Located directly off the park, they have the most wonderfully chill patio for al fresco dining. It can’t be beat. I wore my white jeans — my time to wear them is winding down — and paired them with my new So Liz floral Louboutins.
Date night with the bf. // 8.15.14
Sweater: H&M; Shorts: Juicy Couture; Bag: Badgley Mischka; Shoes: Louboutin.
I am a big fan of gold. Anything gold. So naturally when I found these shorts at Juicy Couture (which is no longer there, sniff) in Beverly Hills a few months back, I just had to have them. They are actually running shorts, but I knew with a few key accessories and some simple black touches I could turn them into a cute outfit for a night out on the town.
Afternoon tea at the Peninsula Hotel Chicago. // 8.13.14
Dress: Madewell; Sunglasses: Ray-Ban; Sandals: Sam Edelman; Bag: Henri Bendel; Bracelet: Marc by Marc Jacobs.
Afternoon tea at the Peninsula is something my mom and I have been doing for years. For this outing, I decided to wear a bright blue dress by Madewell — perfect for an afternoon of tea and pastries.
